What are your hours of service?
  • ICE I: Our normal operating hours are as follows: Customer Service: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday Receiving Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday Shipping Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday Special arrangements may be made by contacting the office.

  • ICE II: Our normal operating hours are as follows: Customer Service: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday Receiving Hours: 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM Monday-Friday Shipping Hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday Special arrangements may be made by contacting the office.

When do you charge overtime?
  • Trucks that arrive after the receiving/shipping cutoff time will be subjected to overtime charges. We would be glad to offer extended hours, at our current overtime tariff rate.

Are appointments necessary?
  • Yes appointments required. But we also have work-in basis.

Does the truck driver need pallets? Can they buy them from the warehouse?
  • Yes, the truck driver does need pallets. We do offer pallet exchange or the truck driver may purchase pallets from the warehouse. Should product be delivered on pallets, we expect all deliveries to be made on No 2 or better 40x48 pallets.

Are order numbers required?
  • Yes we prefer Confirmation or Purchase Order numbers, with the name of the person or company releasing the product.

If loads are to be floor loaded, does the truck driver have to help?
  • No, we can assist to arrange for a lumping service.

Do you shrink wrap product?
  • Yes we will shrink wrap all outgoing loads.

Do you seal the trucks after loading?
  • No, unless requested by the customer.

Can orders be called in or do you prefer a facsimile?
  • Orders can be called in, but emails or facsimiles are the preferred method.

Can we get inventory reports sent to us?
  • Yes, weekly and/or monthly inventory reports can be emailed or faxed, or you may sign up with us to check your inventory online.

Do you charge for physical inventories?
  • Yes, based upon the current tariff rate.

Do you allow overnight parking?
  • Yes, but please ensure you are not blocking the flow of traffic around our facilities.

How can the truck driver pay for extra charges (overtime, pallets, etc.)?
  • Credit Card, Comchek, or Cash.
